Diversity remains a topic of interest

Abhay Padgaonkar, President of Innovative Solutions LLC and Lisa Koss, president of International Advantage^® LLC co-authored an article to present three diversity dilemmas and suggested approaches. The article was published in the special diversity edition on Sept 21st in the Phoenix Business Journal. Online publisher HR.com also picked up the article and it was published Sept 27th, 2007.

Diversity topics addressed include an international negotiation situation, an executive team with diverse communication styles and a multicultural team scenario.
