Manufacturing Plant in Reynosa, Mexico engages International Advantage for Leadership program

International Advantage announces a new client, Pentair’s Technical Products, at its Reynosa, Mexico campus.  The objective of this 10 month initiative is to increase efficiencies and revenues through heightened leadership capability for 16 plant leaders.  Transformational leadership concepts, team coaching and individual leadership coaching are included elements.  Results will be measured at an individual, group and organizational level.

 

Pentair Technical Products is a leader in the global enclosures and thermal management markets, designing and manufacturing products and accessories to house and protect sensitive electronics and electrical components.
