Speaker addresses making change easier for employees at U.S. Airways

International Advantage® LLC president Lisa Koss presented to I.T. employees at U.S. Airways on the topic of organizational change in the midst of the ongoing merger with America West. The topic was “Guiding Change in Organizations: How to Make it Easier for Yourself”. Organizer and “Project Management Evangelist” Sash Dhar said the group reported many “ah-hah moments” about how change can be made easier. As one participant said at the end of the session, “This [perspective] changes everything!”
