Lisa Koss to Lecture at Thunderbird School of Global Management on Negotiation and Cross-Cultural Collaboration

February 28, 2008

International Advantage LLC® today announced that Lisa Koss, its founder and principal, will be a guest lecturer for two days of the International Bargaining and Negotiation class for the Global MBA for Latin America (GMBA-LATAM) program offered by the Thunderbird School of Global Management and Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) on March 1 and April 5, 2008. The lectures include Interest-Based Negotiation: Preparation and Process/Power within Negotiation, and Pre-conditions for Cross-cultural Collaboration. The program is conducted via a live video feed that will be streamed to a dozen campuses, primarily in Latin America, whose students are studying for their MBAs.

“We are extremely pleased that Lisa will be sharing her perspective with our students during these two sessions,” said Dr. Karen Walch, Associate Professor in the Thunderbird GMBA-LATAM program, who has been instrumental in the early design and who also teaches in the program. “I know she will provide valuable insights to the students from her own experience working with multinational and culturally diverse organizations.”

Ms. Koss has also taught classes on international negotiation and organizational culture at the Instituto Tecnólogico de Estudios Superiores del Occidente (ITESO) in Guadalajara, Mexico in an executive MBA program.
