Customized Approach
We customize all of our projects and training to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our process in most projects follows these concurrent and ongoing steps:
- contracting based on end-results and establishment of metrics
- research and interviewing
- design and preparation
- delivery / implementation with feedback looping to monitor progress, make adjustments and stay connected to the goals and emerging issues
- follow-up and review of success metrics with our clients
Value-based Pricing
We are value-based consultants. “Value-based” means that we price our services according to the value you receive from the results of our work together, not the hours we invest or the activities we outline. Our experience shows clients like that focusing on the end-result, instead of the activity needed to get there.
How does it work? We jointly agree to the value of doing a particular project from the start. We discuss methods and approach and continue to monitor and adjust those methods and the activity as we go along. If project scope doesn’t change, we will never have to re-negotiate costs.
