This year, we continue to look at the people issues and organizational issues from our unique, global perspective. There is lots of information out there on leadership and organizational life – but it is harder to find knowledge and wisdom that integrates the implications of culture on how we get things done.
We hope to reach 1,000 subscribers this year, while maintaining our philosophy of organic growth. Our goal is to provide something of value to our clients, many who appreciate the challenges and opportunities of getting things done when they interact with those whose world view is substantially different than their own.
