Sean R. Burns brings nearly 20 years of combined experience in performance improvement, management and leadership development. The breadth of his experience in corporate, non-profit and educational arenas includes work in executive coaching, training and curriculum design.
Sean holds an MBA from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. While pursuing his degree, Sean’s field research included comparative analyses of customer service and satisfaction among companies located in the United Kingdom, France and the Republic of Ireland. Sean earned his coaching certification at the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, CA. He is credentialed through the International Coach Federation. Sean is the President-Elect of the Nevada Professional Coaches Association.
Numbered among Sean’s clients are leaders from The Ford Motor Company, Johnson & Johnson, ConAgra Foods, Franklin Templeton Investments, Jaguar Cars, John Deere, Philips Electronics, Raytheon and Coldwell Banker.
Sean is a contributing author to Stephen Fairley’s The Business Coaching Toolkit. His past experience includes coaching the men’s tennis team at Santa Clara University where he was named the West Coast Conference Coach of the Year four times. Currently, he is on the Board of Directors of Peace Players International, a non-profit organization that uses athletics to foster interaction between antagonistic factions in Northern Ireland, South Africa, Cyprus and the Middle East.
