Joseph Tay, based in Singapore, combines more than 20 years of multi-national corporation (MNC) managerial experience in business with organizational expertise in diverse cultures to empower clients to improve themselves and work performance. Joseph’s clients include MNC’s, government agencies, and medium-sized firms. His clients are diverse: European, Australian, American and Asian. Clients have engaged Joseph to consult, train, and coach on innovation, change leadership, strategy, teamwork, core values, leadership development, customer service, sales and marketing among other interventions.
He is a 2008 graduate of the International Gestalt Coaching Program at the Cleveland, Ohio-based Gestalt Center for Systems and Organizational Development which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He earned his Advanced Graduate Certificate (Master’s level) in Creativity and Change Leadership at the International Center for Studies in Creativity, Buffalo, State University of New York. Joseph’s formal education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business (Distinction), MSc in International Marketing, and a MBA (High Honors).
Joseph seeks simplicity in solutions so that people at all levels can readily understand, assimilate, and execute. He believes that too many organizational efforts fail because internally organizations mirror the very complexity they are trying to resolve outside.
