Ann M. Johnston, MA, CHIC

Ann M. Johnston brings over 18 years of management and leadership experience to her work as a coach, consultant and facilitator. Through her energetic and practical approach to organization and human development, Ann strives to enlighten and empower individuals to succeed in new and challenging roles. She understands that successful corporations are comprised of empowered individuals and teams who can make-or-break bottom-line results.

Ann’s unique blend of education and experience come together in her work and research in the OD practice of diversity and inclusion. She serves on the Advisory Boards of the Linkage Women in Leadership and Diversity Summits and is also a member of Business and Professional Women/USA and the International Coach Federation

Ann has extensive experience working with clients in a variety of industries including: consumer products, manufacturing, health care, and information technology. Ann is co-author of Getting Started with Mentoring: A Practical Guide to Setting Up an Inclusive Mentoring Program. Recent speaking engagements include the 2007 Summit on Leading Diversity, the Working Mother’s Symposium and the 2006 Linkage Women in Leadership Summit.

She earned her coaching certification through the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and holds a Masters Degree from United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities, and is a doctoral candidate in Human and Organization Development at the Fielding Graduate University.
